Kaffir Lime Leaves

Kaffir lime leaves are often used in Thai, Indonesian, Indian and Malaysian recipes to give a unique citrus flavour. They are grown across South Asia, Australia, and California. Kaffir lime leaves quickly lose their flavour when dried, so it’s best to use fresh if available if not frozen is a good substitute.
